We need to endure for the long term and lean on the Lord, realizing that the battle is the Lord’s. Christians need to be near God and recognize who the enemy is. Christians are soldiers, we are commanded to be in the battle. Many people were against Christ in Jesus’ time and in our time. The world and all that is in it shall pass away. Everything we have in this world is temporary and everything is constantly changing. The pride of mankind is that man is good. Don’t get attached to things of this world. There have been people who worship the creation more than the Creator. We have a God-given duty to take the solution to our world. The enemy of the Christian is the world - the world system and its philosophy. We have wars between us because we have war within us.

It is not between Christians and non-Christians. Non-Christians are not even in the battle. The Battle’s Not Yours is a sermon teaching us that the Christian life is a battle, not a physical one but a spiritual one.
